Job Description:Sales Manager for MPT-NEMA product for RS/RW

Dodge is 135 year old US based company pioneer in mechanical transmission system.
Qualifications:
The position requires an individual who has attained BE in Mechanical and a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in the application of Mechanical Power Transmission solution product, like mounted bearings, enclosed gearing, couplings, pulleys and other PT components.
Technical skills to include a hands on experience on sales on mounted bearings, enclosed gearing, couplings, pulleys and other PT components. Products mainly used in heavy industries like BMH, Sugar, Paper, Cement, Power, Steel, and Mines & also in F & B Industry etc
Duties & Responsibilities
•Managing sales and marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit in assigned division.
•Implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall.
•Designing and implementing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability
•Revenue generation in line with the mission & vision of the company
•Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
•Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
•Maintaining cordial relations with channel partners to sustain the profitability of the business.
•Launching new applications/products as a part of marketing development effort.
•Mapping the client’s requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations, etc.
•Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
•Monitoring post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders, and warranty & post warranty issues and handling customer grievances for superior customer service. Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & introducing improvements.
•Develop relationship with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
•Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product & cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business. Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
•Provide technical service support to client and resolving their issues/ concerns.
Position Location
This position must be stationed at ABB Bangalore & ABB Ahmedabad.
