Finance/Budget/Resource Management
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to track entire R&C budget (resources, contractors, projects, travel, etc.). Since this group is slightly over one (1) year old and growing with over 60 open jobs/recs, there will be daily tracking of these recs and coordination with HR so that we are making progress. We will need to develop a methodology for doing this, inclusive of status meetings, metrics, trackers, etc. Resources will have the biggest impact to our budget this year and this is why these two responsibilities are couples together.
Reporting/Communications
•The primary responsibilities of this role will be to develop and manage executive reporting requirements (team status, executive committee, regulatory, client) and internal communications (newsletter, etc.).
•Executives need to digest important information quickly to be aware of what is happening within the firm and make decisions quickly.
•And, we have reporting requirements from various regulatory agencies across the globe since out group operates in many countries.
•Current reports are in their infancy and need to be developed and enhanced.
•From recent townhall meetings our teams expressed the desire to be made more aware of what is happening and discussed a group newsletter.
